I have this fixture without the legs on my 75 gal. I was just wondering what is the best place to put it....Toward the back, in the middle?? Would I be better off getting the legs to raise it up some? I just want the light distribution to be as even as possible....

I have that fixture as well.Do you have any type of top on the tank? I bought the adjustable mounting legs and love them. You can't have any type of top though. The other mounting legs,I have heard that they break easily.

It will probably do best in the middle, or just slightly toward the back so the plants in the back won't grow forward. The legs will help to distribute the light a little more evenly. I don't know what people are doing to their coralife fixtures to break the legs, but I have two of these fixtures and never had a problem with the regular legs.
