Coral red pencilfish

Any info on these guys, except that they're expensive? How well do they school? Can I keep a large school? Are they a true top dweller, or do they spend time in the middle level of the tank? I want to keep clown killies as my top level species, and don't want any problems. Any info about them you incredible people have is welcome.
