I have some plants in my tank that apparently do well emersed, and am wondering what I need to do to get them to grow out of water?

Is it as simple as taking one w/ roots and planting it in dirt in a high humidity environment?

Some will grow right up out but with many it's best to lay down stems in some shallow water and let them do it themselves.

Depends on the plant high humidity has worked for just about everything I've tried
