I have a Fluval 105 and wish to connect the output to my Cerges reactor. I am looking to see how anyone has done this or would do it.

I am currently thinking of replacing the ribbed line to achieve this.

Yep just remove the ribbed tubing for regular vinyl tubing.

That's the first thing I did. That ribbed tubing is not so great... it doesn't kink easily, but it's not applicable to most inline equipment. I never witnessed this, but I could also imagine the creases in the flex tube collecting detritus. GL with the cerges, I've read good things about it.

I have found that 3/4" vinyl tubing it the correct replacement size.
