If my tap water has conductivity = 676 μScm-1 ,do I multiply this by 0.67 ,to get the TDS value?Does this mean that I have 452.92 TDS?

The conversion is 0.676, but yes, you can go from microsiemens to ppm in that manner.

Thanks.I took the value of EC = 676 μScm-1 ,from my water company chart.It said "at 20 degrees C".......while most of the conversions and measurements ,as far as I saw online ,are performed at a temp of 25 degrees C.

Is there a big difference?

I don't think there would be a big difference. I believe that conductivity is not influenced by temperature (though I could be wrong).
