German blue rams have been known to be iffy with shrimp but some say amanos are big enough that the rams will leave them alone. But if they spawn they may get chased around because of aggression and protection, but in a 45 you will probably be ok. All fish are different you may end up with harmless or killer rams, only experience will show you. The rest sound fine. Good luck!
