Comments and a quick question RE: PURIGEN

I bought the pre bagged Purigen today at my LFS, after reading success stories for clearing up tannins...

Well after 6 hours I can honestly say WOW! what a difference! Its not 100% crystal clear but a huge improvement!

Now my question is, did it clear up the water enough to allow more light to penetrate the water? I noticed that my plants are pearling even more than before? Do tannins block light?

Yes, tannins do block light. Their removal can allow more light to reach your plants.
