Notice of meeting of the Colorado Aquarium Society, Friday, May 6, 2016!
Friday, May 6, 2016 @ 7:30 at the First Universalist Church of Denver, 4101 E Hampden Ave, Denver, CO, on the N.E corner of Hampden Ave. and Colorado Boulevard. If you enjoy the aquarium hobby, want to learn more about your fish and you want to have access to new species and new varieties, join us once a month for a very fishy experience.
Non-members, visitors and guests are always welcome. No cost to attend. Come fish with us!

  • Our special presentation will be by Dr. Vicki Aber. Water Gardens and Water Gardening. From a bucket on your porch to a large in-ground pond, water gardens are a wonderful addition to your collection of fish and plants. Many plants and fish are winter hardy and can provide year around pleasure in Colorado.
  • We will have a mini auction of fish, plants and other fish related items. Yes, there will be pond fish.....
  • Our Bowl Show categories for March are: 1) Non-native killifish. All species not native to the US. Shown in pairs or twos with dividers if needed. 2). Angels. Shown in pairs. 3. Open class
  • See prize winning fish! Win some prizes yourself. Bring your fish to show!

Bump: I have gotten my hands on some Koi and fancy goldfish for the auction. Also have quite a few pond plants to auction.
