Most mosses are fine low light/temp/tech there are also a few other members of the java fern family including African fern, willow, needle, narrow, and trident leaf java fern. Anubias has a nice family for variation too (personal fav plant great for mid-high pH and hard water like mine). You can also look into the Vallisneria family (jungle val being the monster, but there's several smaller varieties) its a root feeder though so slap 1 root tab per 3 square in area by vals once every 6 months and you should be fine (soil or nutrient based substrates by the val roots will also work). Anacharis, hornwort, duckweed all work well in low tech/no tech (they are also considered invasive plants so never let them go down a drain or in the yard)... uh can't think of any others at the moment but if i do I'll update or make anotehr post for you.

Some members of the Cryptocoryne family might also work, but I have no experience with those plants so I'd recommended looking them up first (I think they're another root feeder like the Vals).
Marimo 'moss' is an option but its technically a specific breed of hair algae, and having it makes it impossible to treat a tank of unwanted types of algae without hurting it (bleach/peroxide methods), but it needs very little light.
