One of the hobbyists asks me in the pm, what is a good alternative of expensive swagelok or parker hannifin system mounted check valve, I do have the answer, but figure to answer here is better, more people will know.

Swagelok and Parker Hannifin check valves are really good, but price tag are huge and most require tube end adapters.

here is another good Stainless steel industrial/lab grade check valve, it is the SMC 210 series, piston design, 1/8 npt ports, ready to connect, and, much cheaper...

Thanks. I just grabbed two of them.
Why didn't you post this a couple weeks ago! Very nice. I like the size too. My swagelok check valves are twice that size.

Btw, that is a sweet needle valve. I love the silver handle.
The 210 also comes in brass (~$9) with cracking pressures of 0.33psi or 1psi. It also comes in nickel-plated brass but is listed under the AK series (~$11): AKH for push-connect and AKB for bushing type with cracking pressure of 0.72psi.

I recommend the push-connect if not using a hard-plumbed BC.
There's a C clip that holds the assembly together.
Well those didn't last long now did they? I was going to get a couple but had to wait until I got off work and then I go to buy them and there all gone. Oh well I guess I will keep an eye out for them again. Thanks for the info Bettatail.

Edit: nvm I found them. I guess I wasn't looking good enough
Got one from Bettatail. I didn't know it was a check valve. It looked like a 1/8 Male to 1/8 Female nut.

I like the one with the quick cinnoct. It saves you some lengths
