I have a used, fully assembled concoa 315 SS two stage regulator with a clippard mouse solenoid, swagelok 22 series metering valve with vernier handle, and a 1/3psi swagelok check valve. Only wear is on the nut to tighten to tank. Pics in gallery under new scape. Bubble counter needs replacing but that's $15 and the set up is In your price range
Also have an air gas Y12-244A two stage regulator. Nothing but the regulator if you want to build your own. Needs everything. Cga 320 connection, various nipples and elbows, and a needle valve. I have an smc stainless solenoid and a spare swagelok check valve 1/3 psi I can sell you.
