When solenoid is shut down the working pressure is raising very high! Is it dangerous? Should I turn system down?

Both the tank pressure and the output pressure should remain the same whether the solenoid is open or closed. I would definitely turn it down if you see the pressure climbing as soon as the solenoid shuts off.

Regulator is malfunctioning.

I live in Georgia (County) bought this regulator on amazon, so no chance of return. Is it some way to fix this issue? Or only way is to throw it in 🚮 ?

Well regulators can be fixed BUT not done usually due to risk factors, part availability, instructions, testing ect.

O ring or seat (see tiny reddish area around the narrow needle).?
