I am trying to set up my pressurized co2 system. I am using a pH controller with an external reactor. My question is should the controller be before the reactor or after. It makes more sense to be after the reactor to measure the pH of the h2o going to the tank. Is my logic wrong? Thanks for your help.

Shouldn't the pH probe be placed into the aquarium? The pH of the water immediately after the reactor would not be indicative of the aquarium pH, would it?
The reactor is designed for the probe to be attached to the piping. If it were placed on the input, it would read the aquarium water pH. That makes more sense really. I was taking the aquarium out the equation with my original post. Shouldn't try to figure this out this late at night.
