How many bps should my co2 tank be set to if I want to grow a microw sword carpet and have discus? Im also thinking of putting some vals and anacaris in there to.

Tank size, light, nutrient availability and current plant mass will determine your current need.

thought that you shouldn't have co2 injection on a discus tank because discus require 30 degrees Celsius water temperature and well oxygenated water, but the warmer the water the less gases the water can hold. And if you increase surface agitation to get more oxygen you just off gas your c02

bps is not a good measurement - it's like watts per gallon. Bubbles are not a uniform size, it doesn't scale with the dimensions of the tank (surface area of water), not everyone has the same KH and temperature, surface agitation is different, and the list goes on. Your best bet is to inject slowly, then measure the pH drop to determine how your bps relates to your PPM.

I won't comment on the discus component here, but I do know of others that keep their discus tanks at 30ppm of CO2. When talking about dissolved oxygen (and CO2 for that matter), there are saturation limits that are dependent on temperature and salinity. The higher the temperature, the lower amount of any dissolved gas that water can hold. There are a ton of variables here, but it is possible to have near 100% DO along with 30 ppm of CO2 (see pearling). The question is how high of a temperature do we have to hit before CO2 starts affecting DO since there are limits to how much dissolved gasses that can be contained in the water at specific temperatures. I can't answer that question, but I really don't think 30C is quite warm enough for that to happen.

I've had my heavily planted tank with 6 discus that I've been running for a year now with 37 ppm co2 at peak and the tank has never looked better! It has been a lot of tweaking and experimenting

I've never counted any bbs, I know my oh and then I monitor my ph until it hits my desired number which for my tank is kh4 and ph 6.5 at peak. This is what I have found to work for me.

What are those pink plants in the front of that Tank? Alternanthera reineckii mini? And are those ones in the back left pogostemon erectus?

Yes to both questions

How to get that alternanthera that pink? Mine is dark redish rust color. And does the pogostemon erectus really look that pink? Or is that just the reflection from that other pink plant beside it? Mine is bright green.
