CO2 Diffusion

I know this question has been asked before, but I am having trouble sorting through all the advice regarding different peoples' setups.

I am looking into setting up pressurized CO2 sometime soon. What diffusion method would work best on my 47 gallon with Penguin 200 Filter?

I was looking at the Red Sea 500, but have heard a lot of bad things on this site (about it being a real hassel). I also looked in the Rhinox deal, but I want something that will put as much CO2 into the water as possible.

I have also heard about an in-tank reactor. I would be interest in a unit like this, but would prefer to see a pic of it in someones tank. If you have a pic please post it! I am having a hard time figuring out how much of an eye sore the thing will be.

Any suggestions?
