which you guys think would work the best Glass Diffuser, Co2 Vortex Reactor 40 or Red Sea co2 reactor 500. Let me know please thanks. Can't decide on it lols.

Folks will need to know your tank size, lighting, plant density, goals... to be able to answer that question.

Other things to consider is how likely you'l be to clean regularly (glass diffuser), almost never (reactor) and your tolerance for troubles (glass diffuser - simple, trouble free), reactor (potential for leaks, trapped gas....though once running fine should stay fine).

Ck the APC site as well for the Hagen Mini Elite style of inexpensive diffuser, as well as the new BOYU style here to catch up on alternatives. Plenty of info here to read, its a common question.

Something like that would work, yes, but you can DIY one for much cheaper!

I am not very experienced in planted tanks but I would recommend using something like this http://www.petsmart.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2754145&lmdn=Product+Type to defuse your CO2 it seems to work well for me

Even for a heavily planted 37g. Read the link to the APC thread. It's worked with larger tanks than that. You can't beat it for $10.
