co2 diffuser help

I've been battle this nuisance algae for a little while. So, I'm going through my set up to find potential causes. I bought new bulbs (they were about 2yrs old), and now I'm looking into my co2 diffuser. I personally think it's not doing it's job well. There's hardly bubbles coming out of it, plus I think it may not be big enough for my aquarium.

Can someone please recommend a good diffuser for a 125 gal tank??

By the way, I am using CO2 injection...not DIY reactor. '

I diffuse mine through 3 power heads placed at both ends, and in the middle of my 125. I get excellent distribution throughout the tank.
