My question is, will this work on a 10 lbs cylinder? Will any & all co2 Controller/Regulator work on all different sized cylinders? The link below is what I have, I went and got a 10 lbs cylinder of CO2. But all the Youtube videos talk about 5 lbs cylinders.

As long as both the CO2 tank and controller use standard fittings then the size of the tank does not matter.
