Hello Everyone!

I was wondering if anyone had any advice on *possibly* attaching carbon dioxide tank to my Tidal 35 hang on back filter? It will be my very first set up with CO2 and I'm not exactly sure what I'm doing or what is required. If this is a bad idea and should go a different route please feel free to let me know! I appreciate your time and any advice.

I have a 5-pound CO2 tank, and CO2 line, and regulator. I can find the brands if needed.

Definitely do not do that as it will kill your beneficial bacteria. Most people who have co2 have a canister filter so it looks a lot cleaner but when I started out I found a lot of success diffusing the co2 bubbles in a way that the flow of the HOB filter would push and further diffuse them.
