Would you attach the in-line diffusor to the intake or output of a cannister filter, in this instance an Eheim.

Seems to me the CO2 would dissolve better if we put it on the intake but there may be something I'm not thinking of here.

Any help would be appreciated.

Mine is on the output of tbe water.

Put it on the output. The intake would contain 'dirty water' which will affect the performance of the diffuser quicker

I have had mine for quite some time on the intake of a 2075. As Houseofcards mentions above it will get dirtier more quickly so it will have to be cleaned more often.

Thanks all, it's going on the output tube to avoid having to clean it as much .

I knew there was something I was not thinking of.
