No reason to do that within the context of our hobby. Im not sure any shop would do that. Most have compressed air which is a ratio of CO2 to O2 and all the other atmospherically common gasses.

No. The two gases have totally separate connectors. There is no shop who would do such a stupid thing. CO2 regulators are not rated for O2. There is a good change you would have a fire running O2 though a CO2 regulator.

Compressed O2 is a very dangerous item.

Besides which O2 is very hard to dissolve in the water.
