I had the same problem until msjinkzd cleared it up a couple days ago. When they say the comment box its the email box on the page after you click continue. The page that says send money.

Yeah just figured that out... after I already sent the payment. I sent the seller my information in a PM, so hopefully everything will work out!

i think its really important when sending money to anyone just in case. i personally ask for people to put user name and what they are ordering but often people skip it and causes a delay until i can figure out who they are.

Thanks, mgamer. I agree it seems important, I simply didn't see the box for that and couldn't find it. However I contacted the seller and everything is resolved. Thanks for all the help, in the future I'll know how to do it.
