This looks seductive. The ETN-2M-12 should work for our CO2 regulator purposes correct? The specs have a lot of similarity with the yellow mouse solenoids we always use. It looks like it should fit the 15490-5 manifold, too. The descriptions says they're normally open, but there's no O in the model number, so I'm hoping this is a typo, and that it is normally closed. I'm trying to contact Clippard concerning this.

I saw this in the catalog, and thought it was a lot more stylish than our little yellow minion solenoids.

Yeah, those are the N.O. version of the basic mounted mouse. No good. The "O" in the first three letters of any Clippard solenoid would indicate a threaded third port (instead of unthreaded exhaust) on the 3-port N.C. valves.

Try the EM or DV series valves for a similar look.

I contacted Clippard, and they confirmed that these are normally open . Oh well. I already have the DV. I'm debating on the DV or the Burkert 6011 on my personal regulator. The DV is more stylish, but I wish they would have a better way of attaching those wires.
