I just set up a 8g shrimp tank, I put clay pots in the tank for decoration, there's also a tantora mineral block, catappa log, mopani driftwood, fluval stratum substrate with a little flourite in the pots to hold the crypt in. and i'm using salty shrimp mineral to condition the distilled water, but my ph is creeping up. Could it be the clay pots? Do I need to go find some of the little plastic ones?

You *just* set up the tank right? Like, within the last 72 hours? Your pH will not stabilize until the tank cycles. As far as I know, terra cotta should be inert and not affect paramaters. I don't even test for pH and whatnot until params stabilize. I had Up Aqua in a tank that was reading over 7.2 until it cycled. THen it settled nicely at 6.5 and held there:)
