Cheapest DIY pressurized CO2 system?

Where do you guys get your CO2 system parts?
I am on a 100$ budget and I am really confused what I really need and what is a luxury.
Can anyone recommend me some parts? I have a 55 gallon aquarium

Generic response

Single stage reg cornelius ~ 40 new
Dual stage matheson 8-xxx ~30 used
+ 15 cga 320 nut/nipple

Stc solenoid 25-35 new
Smc solenoid ~30
Burkert 6011 ~ 60

Fabco nv5518 ~40 new
Parker 60 ~ 70
Ideal 50~ 70

With 100-130 you can get a nice setup

Those are most common parts
There are to many options.

You need to look daily on fleabay for the best deals

nilocg sells some pretty simple and cheap CO2 setups made from home depot parts and a paint ball valve. you should find him in the for sale section. kit with on/off valve, a needle valve, tubing, and diffuser was around 51 dollars last time i looked.
