[Higher Thinking]

So I rarely ever buy fish from PetCo but couldn't help but go in there today as I was nearby. Turns out they got in a first batch of Roselines and were selling them for only ten bucks! The guy said this is the first time they have had them. There was two left and I couldn't help but get them to go along with my other 5. If anyone knows of these fish they are fairly expensive being around 22-30 bucks anywhere else around here. Has anyone else seen this for that cheap? Another PetCo, maybe?

I have seen them at Petsmart on occasion. I want to say they were $7-8 each, but it was a while ago, so I can't be sure.

Me too, I think some Petsmarts had them for $6.99. Everywhere else was 16.99 and up depending size.

Petsmart definitely carries them for a limited time for $6.99. I actually contacted the lead guy in charge of the aquatic facility in Arizona and he said these are farm raised fish out of indonesia. They look like minnows so young but within a couple months there roselines come in and their body coloration darkens. Great deal!
