Cheap Lightning From China for Nano Tank

Guys,

I've bought and use this very cheap mini LED Lamp for my nano tank, its about US$ 8 for it.
My LFS only has this kind of lamp with 2 variety, 8W and 5W.

the brand is Yang with serial number of YP-30.

I've tried to google the detailed information for this lamp, however none was found.

The information that I could give to you guys is that:
1. Its 8W Lamp with 14 white LED and 4 blue LED
2. Colour Temp. 10K

The box itself don't gives necessary information.

I dont know its PAR whatsoever. I've tried to applied the lamp in my nano tank with the volume of 13 litre and height of 35 cm. The tank is only 17 days old right now.
I put the lamp with 180 angle flat so the lightning directly goes down with only 14 white LEDs turned on.
(The blue light actually for saltwater right?)

Its cool, until my tenellus is melting and my pelia become kind of brown and I think the other plants day by day become brown and melting too. Now its not cool.

Do you guys ever use this kind of lamp?
What do you guess for this issue if the problem is in the lamp? Is it too bright?
Just guess. Since the data is not enough to make a solid conclusion so I need to experiment with it. With your expert guess maybe I can do different approach.

Thanks.

Could be too bright..
ok I take back the christmas light remark I saw "cheap" and "$8" so I assume they were just terrible under powered led (christmas lights) but seeing that it's 10k thats probably why, I don't believe it's too bright. I believe it's the kelvin, many years ago I bought a 40g breeder that came with 10k bulb T8 and the plants would melt under those lights and we are talking about super low light plants like anubias and java fern as soon as I switched out the bulbs for some 6700k ones everything was fine. I also remember having a cube tank thats 30cmx30cmx30cm and it came with a power compact that's 18w 8000k and the plants grew very slowly and look very weird like the leafs was growing dwarfed, I switched out the fixture for a 13w 6500k CFL Lamp and everything grew properly again.
