cga180 to 320

I'm converting a mini single stage aldrich reg from cga180 to cga320. What adapter or bushing would I need in order to get the correct sizing down from the cga320 male fitting so I can connect it to the original cga180 female regulator inlet?

1/8m to 1/4f
I'm confused. It sounds like you want to keep the lecture bottle connection and go from that to standard co2? It would be a lot easier to just use a Cga 320 nut/nipple.

I want to switch it over to cga320 but cga320 is too large for the opening on the reg. I am trying to figure out what size bushing/adapter I would need between the female side of the regulator and the male side of the cga320 nut/nipple.

All I was finding online was cross section diagrams of the different cga fittings. It showed cga180 was .625 and cga320 was .825.
You have a rare regulator that the inlet size is 1/8 female npt.
The CGA 180 nipple/stem, it is standard 1/8 male npt port connects to the regulator, but a CGA 320 nipple/stem is 1/4 male npt port.

The 0.625 and 0.825 are the CGA nut threads diameter. Not the right number we refer to.

there are ways you can put it into use, you can go for the adapter as nvladik shows above.

Pm me, I will show you some other ways not yet available to the public.
Bettatail, I would love to see some not yet available to the public ways myself!!! :)
^ he's probably just referring to a braided hose.

that is one of the ways, really expensive if use swagelok fittings and stainless steel braided hose. The paintball tank co2 refilling hose and valve set is cheap, you can use this set if you want to mount the regulator system on the furniture/stand around the fish tank, instead of mounting it on the co2 tank.

one more way available, will show info soon, for some people, it is big move and will encourage more people to DIY their pressurized CO2 system.

BTW, Oldpunk, your tones sounds a little bit sour, what is going on recently? I want you to be my friend because you had always strike for your best to make "perfect" custom pressurized system, and that was why any questions you asked, I answered, and hopefully you are still on the right track making better pressurized systems instead of focusing on making profit.
I like competitions, if the competition is on the right track to make opposite parties towards their perfectness or accomplish the same goal, Semper Fi.

In our case, the goal is making a perfect system that is always better than the last one.

^ I don't mean to come off as 'sour'. I apologize if I've offended anyone with that tone. As being in it for profit, I can assure you that's just not the case. I usually loose money in the long run anyway.
