Hey everyone, I've been reading TPT for a while but this is my first time posting. I have a question that I couldn't find a good answer to after searching around, so I thought I'd ask:
I am looking at these planters (www.wayfair.com/4-Piece-Pod-Samai-Planter-Set-PT10434300-MYSP1017.html), thinking of using the smaller ones as 'caves' in my 65 gallon planted freshwater aquarium. They're made of cement and jute (natural plant fiber), and weatherproofed for outdoor use. I asked Wayfair directly if the pots had been treated with anything and they said no. From what you can tell, would these be safe to use in an aquarium? I've read other things about 'curing' cement, I'm not really sure what that means or what I'd need to do to cure these pots, if anything.
Any advice is appreciated, thanks!
