Why would you want to dose 3x the normal dosage of Excel? Are you trying to kill off algae?
From your question, it sounds as if you want to add 3x Excel on a regular basis....

Micro sword and DHG will both grow fine without excel. They won't stop growing with 3x excel but I think you're throwing your $$ away. Whats more important with such additives is consistency, not amount. Excel ain't cheap either, you should perhaps consider saving the cash for a co2 system.

It seems like you want to make it grow fast.
Well... just adding excel won't do it, you'd need to ramp up everything, light, ferts and co2 (excel).
Even than you will be too vulnerable to algae, since there is a limit to how much a plant can grow, and the excess nutrients will go to algae.
Just have patience, once it grows you won't know what to do with it
