I bought some snail eggs and the mail person set them in snow in 34 degree weather. They were well insulated and did not freeze but got very cold. Any chance they will still hatch?
What type of snail eggs are they? In general if the water didn't freeze the eggs are generally hardy enough to survive. Only one way to find it! Slowly adjust the eggs to your tank temperature
if they are apple snail eggs they hatch off waterbut need warm temperatures if you put them to a resonable height 8 cm or so from the water line after 3 weeks they come out and fall in the water
i do that twice and supllied all fish stores in my town for 6 months .... 3 off the snail grown to man fist size
