Cost is really not a factor, so I am trying to decide if I should just buy a carbondoser ext5000 or if it should build my own reactor. The canister I was thinking about using is 70 bucks, so not worried about the cost between the 2. I am not very good at DIY. In the long run which would be better? If I DIY, I plan to use a 20" housing. For both I was going to use it own pump a Fractioning Impeller Mag 7 pump.

What do you guys think?

Well if you're not good at DIY, and money isn't an issue, go for it.
