Just did a search on the forum for Cape Cod. I'm headed there this year for some holidays. Just wondering if there are any fish stores I should check out.
No, there really aren't. There is only one non-chain store (Cape Maid Farms) and they have fairly depressing conditions and sell several types of "jelly bean" dyed fish (and frogs).
Since I'll be on the road, I'm more interested in hardware. Out of curiosity, where do you go for fish and supplies? Boston?

Online. :hihi:

Bump: I'm in RI. I take a drive to Manhattan a couple of times a year. There's a NICE store a block from Katz Deli. Grab the best pastrami sammich and some aquarium supplies.

Underwater World in the Silver City Galleria in Taunton is the closest decent fish store, selection can be hit or miss but the prices are good. Uncle Neds in Millis has great fish selection, and a website with new arrivals listed. Tropic Isle in Framingham has an obscenely good SW fish selection and the best supply of plants around that I've found so far, can be somewhat costly though. Lovely Pets in Quincy can also be worthwhile.

Petsmart and Petco are closer for supplies as necessary.
