I currently have low light plants in a 29 gallon. I dose PPS-Pro and liquid carbon (metricide 14) daily. I dose flourish comprehensive weekly for micros. I have a full stocking of small fish (4 schools of nano size fish; neon tetras, green rasboras, chili rasboras and habrosus corydoras) that also fertilize my tank.
I just upgraded from a single T8 light to a finnex planted+. I just put in floating frogbit that is corralled to about 1/3 of my tank. I moved all of my current plants (various anubias, crypt wendti) to the side of my tank under the frogbit. I am considering this my low light side.
Now, I am wanting to plant more medium light plants in the evacuated space that I have opened up. I was considering a foreground of crypt parva, a midground of cardamine lyrata and a background of ludwigia repens.
Do these three plants sound like good selections for the type of tank, lighting and fertilization protocol that I have?
