Hi ZeeDeveel,

It looks like a variant of the dwarf gourami, Trichogaster lalius (formerly known as Colisa lalia). I have seen them sold as 'Cobalt Blue', 'Electric Blue', and 'Neon' dwarf gourami.

I have a one and it is called a powder blue gourami. That one is definitely a male because the females do not color that well.

They are nasty little guys, and they have been inbred so they dont live long/ get iridovirus fairly commonly in their lives. They dont get along with other fish too well IME, I had one that decided to pick on a kribensis that was 5" long and almost got killed

I had 3 in a well planted community tank... no real issues.

I have one that beats up on everything, so it lives alone now. Super beautiful fish.
