There are better aquatic options at Greenleaf http://www.greenleafaquariums.com or several other sources.
That one has a single gauge regulator which you could use, but the air flow meter/gauge is not particularly useful (if not totally useless). You'd still need to pick up a needle valve at about $30.00.

Greenleaf's Choice unit is $149.99 and includes a 2 year warranty.

what would be the best diffuser on a 38 gallon to go with that regulator?

lol, that looks nice but it's super expensive lol, I'll have to go with a glass diffuser untill I can buy that...
being 16 with parents who think you're crazy for having so many fish tanks has its downfalls :tongue:
