Can I use any calibration solution for any pH tester?

Yes, as long as it's as accurate as your tester. For example, if your tester is accurate to the 0.1 you will need a 4.1 solution. And you do not need the 10.1 pH solution, at most you will need the 4.1 and 7.1 solutions.
