I dont know. but what the point is a small 3 gall can house a couple of shrimps and plants. will it be possible?

that shoe isnt 3 gallons.

if the bowl really is 3g, you will have few issues keeping shrimp or small fish if you've got good filtration. try moss, petite anubias, and java fern. look up walstad bowl.
