kno2 is potassium nitrate kh2p04 is mono potassium phosphate

the seachem products has potassium.. and in Flourish has phosphate P2O5 0.1

you can look for kno3 in garden centers or hardware store or even the grocercy store..

it's sold as stump remover or salt peter (it's used to preserve meats)... it turns the meat red.

phospate is harder to come by. But phosphate is pretty easy to maintain with just fish poop.

Thanks for the source Tom. I got all the stuff i needed from them to follow your non co2 dosing regime. Also, can i use flourish to replace equilibrium, seeing as how both contain roughly the same trace elements?

Equilibrium is used to replenish nutrients/minerals which are typically lost during R/O filtration. I would use flourish instead.
