My male cherry barb started showing this white spot coming out from him. It doesnt appear to be ich but I am unsure. I am treating the tank with levamisole rn since they had camallanus worms today will be my 2nd dose of levamisole. Can anyone help me know what it is that is on him? I have him isolated rn.

Thanks, Im not sure if it is ich or not either. He is acting funny compared to the other fish. The others are mating and chasing with bright colors while he is more dull and isnt acting like the rest. Im thinking the worms may have affected him the most compared to the rest. I have given him a bit of paraguard and Ill see how he acts afterwards. He isnt eating. If he worsens I may just have to euthanize
