Hi,

I have the 48" odyssea 4x54w fixture and I would like to cut up the one reflector and bend it in the professional bending break into 3 reflectors, 2 made out of the original reflector and one made out of stainless steel thats been laying around.

If you can give me the dimensions or the bending angles.
I did a google search, but didn't really find anything...

Thanks in advance.

Thx Hoppy,
I have aluminum laying around, but its all painted. I will try to remove the paint and see if I can polish it...

The paint on the Aluminum is a PITA to remove... I can never get it as shiny as it should be. So I gave up, bended a stainless piece end used that. Its not a perfect reflector, but its better than nothing.

yeah, the pait is baked on, its the aluminum for roofs. Its just to hard to get it off and when its off, its scratches like crazy. Than you have to start buffering and would cost me full day to make 1 or 2 nice reflectors... not worth it.
This week I'm going to go shopping for stainless steel, to make my counter tops, and will keep my eyes open for unpainted aluminum sheets.
