Yes, though you need to make sure to account for how territorial they all are. If you already have some, you'll want to make sure the new ones are as close to yours in size as possible, and I'd move your current Rams somewhere else for a day, rearrange/ rescape the 75gal, and then move all the Rams into the 75 all at once so that no fish has any established territorial advantage over the others.
Make sure that you have lots of hardscape and large plants that divide the "sight lines" across the tank. Rams will chase each other pretty much only as long as they can see each other, but the chaser will usually give up as soon as the fish they're chasing has ducked around a large leaf or piece of driftwood.
