I have read so much about what could cause holes in aquatic plants that I really have no idea what it could be. I EI dose ferts but I have dialed back the KH2PO4 and KNO3 because, as you can see, my water test show plenty of each in the water. Also my plants don't have that rich green color they used to. They are yellowing some. Should I be dosing Fe?

You got a worm Larva in your tank. I recently had this same problem.

I never thought about that. I figured the Mollie would eat it if that was the case. How did you rid your yank of the larva?

Cut out all the leaves with hole hoping the larva was still on the plant. Then any new holes cut those leaves out. Since doing this on the first day the next couple days have not seen any new eaten holes.

Any one else got any ideas. Good this be some type of fert issue?

No the holes associated with potassium deficiency looks more like little little holes and yellow dots on the leaf. I would definately trying cutting off all the leafs with holes in them.
