You can determine the shipping cost on almost every internet store by filling out the entire order up to the point where you are ready to hit the "submit order" button. By then you almost always know the shipping cost. If it is more than you want to pay, just don't hit the "submit order" button. When I do this I usually open another window for each store, compare the total prices, go back to the window for the one I want and submit it, then close the other windows without submitting them. It's easy. What do you mean has a fair to your door price? How much do they charge for shipping? ($$ per pound?) I can't find out unless I submit my order.
