Built in the '70's 15 Gallon

So, I have always been a fan of the 1970's era, aluminum-framed tanks ever since I found my first one in the form of a 2.5 gallon at a garage sale years ago. I was constantly on the lookout for some reasonably-priced counterparts to no avail. Alas, I caught wind of a gentlemen who had a stash of these things in the Colorado area soon after I arrived in the state this year. I "held back" and only purchased three from him: two, 5 gallon tanks and one, 15 gallon tank. This journal follows the journey of the 15 gallon.

Specifications:

Tank: 15 Gallon, aluminum frame, 1970's era
Light: 1x Finnex 24/7 & 1x Current USA Satellite Freshwater + for 10 hrs/day
CO2: Mr. Aqua with Rhinox 2000 diffuser @ 2 Bps
Fertilization: PPS Pro
Filtration: 1x Fluval 105 & 1x Koralia 240 on for 3 hrs/day
Substrate: Caribsea sand & Fluval Stratum
Hardscape: local rock and wood

Photos to come.
