This plant was named Bucephalandra 'Semuntai' by a seller from Indonesia. It has an upright growth pattern, the rhizome has a red color and bears aerial roots, the leaf blade is smooth and tends to curl downwards at the ridges, the leaf stalk has a reddish brown color and about half the length of the leaf blade. The spathe is medium in size and forms a white rosette when unfurled.

Beautiful Buce Cris! Is it a Buce that produces side shoots or not so far? From the planter pot I'm guessing that you are growing it emersed?
Hope all is well,
Joshua
Joshua, Thanks for liking. It doesn't have a side shoot but tall enough to be pruned and re-planted. The top is pushing the 20 gallon long tank cover. Yes, it is grown emersed but bucephalandra species are amphibious and can easily adapt from emersed to submersed or vice versa.
