Last week I changed up my tank from dirt with flourite cap. I tore the tank down, mixed up the dirt and flourite using that as a base. I then capped it all off with regular play sand (rinsed very thoroughly). Before hand, my wisteria went from 4 inches to 20 inches in a matter of two or three weeks, and was bright green all the way up. I cut it all down, and replanted my trimmings. But now, along with some other plants in the tank, they are turning brown. I thought it was maybe diatoms, so I tried to clean them off with no luck.

Any ideas?
