Hello all, I need some help. I have a newly setup 40B that been running for roughly a month now. I planted the tank about a week ago and started dosing per the EI schedule on Monday. Tuesday I noticed some brown hair algae and I manually removed what I saw. Everyday thereafter more and more has been popping up getting increasingly worse. I know that algae is common in a new tank but I have never had to deal with hair algae in any of my other tanks. This is also my first go at a high tech setup. Currently there are no fish but I did pick up some hitchhiker pink ramshorn snails that are exploding in the tank right now.

Equipment and parameters:

Tank - 40B
Filter - Fluval 405
Lighting - 2 Beamsorks fixtures (1) 42x1w (1) .5w pent fixture
Photo period - 8 hours
Co2 - pressurized at around 2bps
Ferts - KNO3, KH2PO4 and CSM+B per EI schedule 20-40g
Temperature - 78
Ammonia - .25ppm
Nitrate - 20ppm
Nitrite - .25ppm
Phosphate - 3ppm
GH - 6
KH - 4
PH - 6
Most of the algae is focused towards the front of the tank. It mostly grows on the dwarf hair grass and blyxa. Do I have to much light in the front? So with all that, the only thing I know to do is to manually remove it. Any and all advice is greatly appreciated. I want to take care of this before it becomes a major issue.
