Thats quite a small tank for them to live and breed in... The best way to breed tetras is to separate the males and females and feed them a good diet of live and/or frozen foods. When the females are plump with eggs, you should add them together in the evening, and they generally spawn in moss mats, or other loose vegetation near the bottom of the tank (eggs are non adhesive). Parents should be removed once eggs are laid, as they make a great treat to the parents. Once the parents are removed, the tank should be covered and be dark for a few days as the babies are very sensitive to light. Once the babies hatch, after about 2-3 days their yolk sac will be used up and time to start feeding bbs, or microworms. As they get larger, they can be converted to conventional flake food and other frozen foods. Good luck
