I bought some juvenile Angelfish yesterday.

One was labelled "Ass Angelfish" (whatever that means) but its the common grey and black stripy one. The other is a "Diamond Angelfish" and looks luminous white.

If they end up pairing and breeding, would the fry be mixed colours? like white fry and black fry or mixtures of the two colours? Is that even possible?

yes they'd be mixed in color. "ass" as stated by minja was probably assorted
